I typically come inside for gas and donuts. The wait for the inside is what you would expect when one person is handling your whole order. They’re very quiet and it’s obvious they’re just here for a paycheck. No one really made my experience special or made me feel valued. The service is avg for the area and the donuts are often sold out of popular items. I don’t drink their drinks so I can’t comment on them.

The staff is incredibly rude. I came here Wednesday morning and ordered a croissant. I gave them time to complete everybody’s order that were in there before I asked for an update on mine. After everybodys orders were completed, my order was the only in-store order left. A few minutes later I noticed that the STAFF that is supposed to be WORKING are standing on their phones, one even knocking the table singing while I am waiting for my order. So I asked for an update on my order and the lady there who I believe was the manager told me “No, you just ordered right? These people were infront of you so calm down”. This to me does not seem like a mature or professional response after I have somewhere I’m already late to be, I ordered 10 minutes ago, and the whole staff is standing doing nothing. Nobody was infront or behind me unless she was referring to a bunch of mobile order bags on the counter. This is extremely disappointing to me because I have always been a costumer that will usually come everyday, I have never seen this staff before and I definitely will be driving an extra mile to another Dunkin’ just to never come across this staff again. If you can’t handle rude staff like this I prefer you don’t visit this Dunkin and spend your money on a more valuable location.

Never even got to getting food. Placed a mobile order, and waited over 30 minutes in the lobby. Zero acknowledgment, just watched multiple people sit around and do nothing. staff doesn’t seem the brightest and the manager working was very rude to multiple people. Won’t visit here again

This location always rushes you when ordering but when you get to the window you’re waiting for your order. Never makes sense. And then when you’re waiting for your order they give you attitude because they forgot something. To top it all off all you can hear in the background were the employees arguing….

One of the few DDs I’ve been to where it took over 5 mins to even be acknowledged. And that was after someone behind me asked if I had been helped yet. They had a coin shortage sign up so they couldn’t break a $100 bill so no order. I don’t think I would’ve wrote this review if the sign would’ve just said “Hey, sorry, we’re short on change right now.” You can’t be short on dollars too and blame it on a coin shortage. Anyhoo… off to the next DD.

This is the 4th time in a week that I have frequented this D&D. I usually do not go here because of poor service in past. It has not changed and actually has gotten worse. the only reason I give two stars is they did get coffee order correct. The staff is not friendly and not engaging in the customer experience. Long waits… Absolutely minimal response to questions or comment. This store needs a customer service rep to do some serious training. I will drive to 7-11 across street from now on.

I visit this location about twice a week on my way to work. Rarely, if ever, have I been greeted by the guy at the drive-thru window. He has my bags hanging out the window when I come around and moving at an impersonal, frenetic pace. Even my 11 year old was offended one morning that he didn’t even say “hello” or “good morning”. There is a reason why people love Chick-fil-A and its not always because their food is good (their coffee is awful). It’s because they prioritize customer service.

I frequent this location because it is convenient. Service for me has always been quick BUT idk if that is a good thing because I have received lukewarm food and drinks made incorrectly a few times. Customer service is tolerable. The staff is not rude but they aren’t friendly; expect no pleasantries. The few times my order was not up to par they have correct the matter with no issues.
