If you go to this location after 5pm they don’t have a big selection and refuse to make more doughnuts which is crazy cause they don’t close until 8pm. I stopped past last night at 6 and they only had 4 different type of doughnuts and the worker said he wasn’t making anymore while he was texting on his phone. He never gave me eye contact. This place needs new management ASAP.

This is my go to location, there is actually a location closer to my job but I prefer this one which saids allot. The staff are always nice and I don’t have to wait long for my items. I always order the Large Macchiato, hot with almond milk and hazelnut, I only had my drink come out wrong twice and each time that did happen the manager or supervisor assisting me by correcting the drink which is awesome. I defiantly see myself coming back to this location again and again, the service provided is always worth it.

Usually, this location is ok about their customer service and food preparation. There have been problems with long wait times and order accuracy. However, today(4/2/20) at approximately 10:30 am the service was horrible and the food quality was poor. The cashier at the drive-thru window was disrespectful and nasty. When she was asked a question about large order, she responded with a smart mouth and slammed the window shut. When corrected, she yelled “GO HOME!” I understand that food service workers are being stretched thin at this very stressful time. People are scared and anxious and I’m sure this woman is no different. However, she was treated with respect and dignity. We were only asking for the same in return. Furthermore, upon inspecting the food, we noticed that it was il-prepared. How are we to trust that this food hasn’t been tampered with if the staff has a problem with us asking a question? If it’s that bad for her then perhaps she shouldn’t be working at all. I tried calling the store but no one would answer. DO NOT patronize this place. It is the hard-earned money of the customers that are keeping these places open even before this crisis. If we cannot be respected then they should shut their doors.
