This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I am dogsitting for my son here in Gaithersburg. I get dd coffee every single day where I live in Baltimore. When I got here the other night, i was so happy that I found a dd…guy is rude. The coffee WAS WEAK like almost water! There’s nothing I hate more than intentional weak coffee! They charge a lot more than Baltimore too. So I tried it again tonight, hoping it was just that guy. Well he was there again, was making a “new pot”. Who has a dunkin donuts with no coffee made at all. No customers the other night and tonight, think I know why now. So I said to him nicely, Are you making new pot? If so, make sure you brew the whole pot, if you do it mid brew the coffee will be weak I said I was happy to wait. I waited, and I’m down where I ordered and paid or my coffee. He was so rude he made walk down the other end even though I had waited long for the coffee to brew..(seriously rude and bad customer service sir)…the coffee is TERRIBLE and WEAK again. Will never go to this place again. Need to find another location, even further from my son’s This means they are INTENIONALLY putting less dry coffee when they’re making the pot, wonder what they’re saving in $$ to give people watered down terrible coffee…(I take my dd coffee seriously, as you can see, lol)..

Very nice staff! Each of the three employees was friendly, helpful, and quick. The selection is good, even during off hours. In addition to the pastries, the chai latte is perfect. The grilled cheese was hot and gooey, but the sourdough bread was not grilled or even toasted. I’m guessing that is a corporate decision, not the fault of the staff. The store is small and older but very clean and neat. Definitely coming here again.

Okay this is not the first not the second but the 3rd time I have had a problem with this Dunkin’ doughnuts. First time I got snacking bacon and omg the grease at the bottom of the bag just nasty and the bacon wasn’t even crispy. Second time I got a large cake batter latte tasted like nothing but milk had to throw it away . Now this time I got a large brown sugar cold foam with cream and sugar added it taste like straight coffee. I love Dunkin’ but I would rather go to McDonald’s. And then not to mention the guy at the cash register he needs more training. I’m sorry I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back

This dunkin donuts is always a miss… I don’t come here as much as before due to lack of attention to detail instead I reserve my dunkin urges for whenever I travel to NJ instead. If you ask for extra seasoning for the sweet black pepper sandwich they give you opposite, less then normal portion, meaning if the norm was 50% you get 25% deducted instead of increase to 75%. Yeah complete opposite. Few instances I asked the lady in front said yes when I watch her prepare the food I had reminded her about the extra seasoning she stated it not possible eventhough I asked the register. Would not recommend service can be rude at times as well.

This is the best Dunkin location around this area! I order ahead on the app and my order has always been ready as soon as or right after I arrive. The staff are all great. I can tell its managed well. I once dropped a brand new latte righr after picking it up and they made me a brand new one at no charge and told me they’d clean it up. The location close to my house has horrible service, so i love coming to this one.

I went to my local dunkin donuts and i was amazed with the food and customer service but one thing that caught my eye was Ms.Janet she is annoying very rude trying to be and act like she runs the place she is not getting promoted nor a raise so i dont know why she trying so hard to be MANGER but honey its not going to happen i say she needs to be FIRED immediately i would like to say that the rest of the crew are very nice and polite but that Ms.Janet no i saw her trying to boss around the people
