Staff was friendly and helpful. We had donuts and a couple of breakfast sandwiches. All made fresh. Mobil gas station is a bit sketchy, but the Dunkin’ did the best they could.

Very packed (understandable) and only 2 people working. Fairly fast service but they don’t greet you or even acknowledge that you’re there aside from taking your order (without any kind of greeting) and then yelling your name/number when your order is ready. They always make my order correctly and get it out quickly, so I can’t really complain about much other than the fact that they hardly even look at customers. The inside isn’t a very comfortable area to eat, I always order on the app for pick up and try not to be inside too long. I’m not sure why it feels so uncomfortable to me, maybe the fung shui lol. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault, it just has an uncomfortable atmosphere all around, weather it’s packed full of customers or I’m the only one there, it always feels the same.

Honestly I just happened to stop here one morning mostly for convenience store items after routinely driving by for the last year assuming it was one of the Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin set ups. I must say that I was impressed. The employees aren’t super chatty (AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!) because they’re getting your order right the first time and getting you back out into rush hour traffic as quickly as possible. I also noticed that they absolutely know their regular customers and in a very short time stopped asking me if I’d like sugar in my iced coffee since the answer is always no. “With cream and whip cream on top, right?” Only daily coffee drinkers will understand how this warms your heart. I have to say the only thing that makes me sad is this location doesn’t have a drive thru. This is the reason they don’t see me often but there are a total of 3 in a 2 mile radius and this is the only one I go to within that distance.

Person that made our order was absolutely incompetent. First, she let someone else walk off with our order when he asked if the bag on the counter was his. Second, she served other customers that ordered their drinks after ours first, before she realized she had forgotten to finish making our drink halfway through making it. Our food was cold and stale, and the icing on the cake was that she just tossed our donuts in a bag together haphazardly, so the icing on them completely came off, and the donuts were smashed and falling apart. I get that it’s a gas station, but the level of incompetence combined with a nearly 20 minute wait midday on a Monday is ridiculous to me. Never coming back.
