The manager is horrible and his staff act just the way he does. Because it’s a franchise nothing happens and quite frankly DUNKIN should feel shame to let this nonsense go on under their brand. I’ve heard this man yell “fuck you” to customers for requesting refunds after their orders were incorrect. They are rude nasty and disrespectful to their black customers so I don’t use this location anymore. Pay attention to your receipt because they certainly charge for things you didn’t order and aren’t getting. Thank me later.

Caution: They don’t serve any food after a certain hour at night. I went in around 12:30 am, and there wasn’t a donut, muffin or bagel to be had. The sole employee acted like I was a weirdo for asking about the donuts. Had to pass two shifty looking young men just to get to store’s front door. I literally had to get within inches of them to enter.

Why is this location always so slow? I go in today and I’m the only person in the entire store. The guy doesn’t acknowledge me and is making a to go order for a customer that wasn’t even in the store. I ended up leaving after a few minutes of being ignored. All I wanted was a muffin and i should have been in and out in 2 minutes. The most inefficient location I’ve ever been to.

We ordered online and when we went to pick up they didn’t have anything and told us to cancel the order. The app didn’t allowed me to cancel the order and by mistake reorder it again. The manager was not there to cancel the 2 orders. I have to come back to get my money back. The Dunkin App sucks! And Dunkin sucks!
