My family, pet and I always go there for our coffee and pastries gathering. We enjoy going there, especially now the entire place got remodeled. It invites you to come over and have an iced coffee or ice cream. The only thing the manager needs to take care of their staff are always kind and have a positive attitude when attending. Also, make sure tables are always cleaned and trash cans empty. Other than that I enjoy going there.

Now they don‘t fill the drinks they ordered with a quantity. I ordered small and medium, but the drink came out with a lot of space, and I poured the coffee from medium into the small cup, and now they both have two small sizes.

This isn’t a Dunkin’ or a baskin robbins it’s actually a circus! They got one guy working the place at night (?) and he has no idea what he’s doing at that smh. Bro charged me twice because the “system” is down and started arguing with me saying he charged me once. Lol it’s a pitiful operation they running avoid this place if you’re making a late night stop trust.

I was craving for some rocky road milkshake. It’s usually my friend who orders from here, but this was my first time ordering it. Around 8:20pm of 7/20/22, the girl who was on drive thru duty wasn’t doing her job really well. I asked for rocky road milkshake and she went to check if it was available. Unfortunately, they don’t have it. And when I asked if there’s anything similar to it, she gave me a really disgusting secondhand embarrassing attitude. She then order me to “just go to the window!” At this point I should’ve left, but I thought the man by the window would have acknowledge the unprofessionalism of the girl. Though, he looked like the manager he was no help, didn’t give me a receipt and overcharged me for a medium instead of a small milkshake.
