Pretty decent service, could be better. Atmosphere needs a little bit cleaning and work. Have to ask for things like sugar creamer things like that. Some of the food seemed a little old donut wise but the rest was freshly-made. Most people use the app.

At the Abingdon location, I was very surprised that when I asked for a cup of ice with my fancy coffee drink, they told me it would cost a dollar. Wow..no other Dunkin has ever charged me a dollar. Not that I ask often.

If you go through the drive thru check double check triple check your order because THEY WILL mess up what you ordered. Also make sure you get a receipt. They have been known to over charge you

I am a regular, I come here (almost) every morning and get the same coffee order. I’ve been noticing however the employees are rude and miserable. The new lady at the window is never friendly and never smiles. The guy taking the orders rushes you and is very rude. They make it seem like you are inconveniencing their day by being a customer. Sometimes my order is made incorrect, which is ridiculous. I’ve noticed that the Bel Air drive thru is completely different. They are very friendly, never had any problems. If I have to I will drive a bit further for better customer service.

Bought 3 sweet teas light ice with lemon and received like 3 light brown sugar waters with no lemon and light ice. When I asked why it was so clear the guy says that’s the recipe. It taste like sugar water not tea. Find another dunkin. This one stinks. This is the second time I have have been there and each time has been a bad experience. Every other dunkin I have been to has darker/stronger tea.
