I pulled up to the drive-through and no one answered for five minutes. My daughter even spoke into the window “is anyone was there”. I then went inside and they told me they did not wait on me because I missed the order menu outside. They could have simply told me to pull back around or waited on me. I honestly was just going to tell them they missed me and order donuts in the store. Emmanuel and Darren were extremely rude. Darren originally said he didn’t wait on me because I did not order where I was suppose to. I asked for a manager and then Darren stated he didn’t see me. No manager came. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again. The worst part is I had to explain to my kids why we were not waited on. I am also making a report to corporate.

I really don’t care what other people say about this Dunkin location . I love this place and they are really very fast to provide my order every morning. I been going to this Dunkin for about 2yrs . I really appreciate the manager Sandra. She can put the starts in the eyes very fast, very active ,quick and she is most experienced manage . She works like it’s her own business. Good luck…!

I came in and ordered a Caramel Cappuccino Blast. The guy that made my drink did not add whipped cream and caramel on top of it. I asked him if he could add it and he was very rude. He said I had to pay extra for whipped cream and caramel. I told him all the other locations don’t charge extra for whipped cream and caramel, it’s supposed to come with the drink. He rolled his eyes and shrugged. Very rude customer service, I will never come back to this location.

Not only have they succumbed to using the horrible paper straws, they’ve now also changed their cups to paper. Impossible to drink an entire iced coffee on the way to work before the straw is no longer usable. The old eco-friendly straws were much better.

People are friendly and fast. However, one guy was putting in clean spoons in containers and grabbing the whole ice-cream cones by bare hands, as well as handling cash. None of the tables were clean. I was a little shocked. Hand washing and using gloves are very important are bottom line. Afraid to go there again. I hope this can be fixed.
