The food tastes old and it smells and also Taste like some cleaning products. The lady it’s terrible and didn’t help at all. I just spend $21 dollars is not cool! My kid can even eat his breakfast now. I don’t recommend this place at all! Poor customer service l I just left the place now Nov 12, @ 11:56am!!!!

Town Sculpture
Ordered a simple half dozen donuts while being one of only 3 customers in the store. Waited around for 15 minutes while the employees completed mobile orders before those who were actually present. When I asked about my order being “ready” on the screen I was ignored by both employees present and I had to ask several times about it being ready but not there at the counter. The employee then got it ready in front of me so they must be just pushing everything to ready and skipping orders.

Took 30 minutes for two iced coffees. The store was not busy, they just couldn’t get the lid on one drink and ended up tossing out 3 perfectly fine drinks because of one faulty lid.

Literally terrible. The lady is very unfriendly. Borderline miserable. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Got to work and took a bite and no cream cheese. Opened it up and it was a small amount in a blob on one side of the bagel which did not taste like other Dunkin’s bagels by the way. I feel like they’re buying random bagels and not using Dunkin brand. Attempted to spread the cream cheese in the pic. Clearly was not enough to go around.

According to google, the store closes at 8pm, I pulled up at 7:30 p.m. to a locked door and the lady working behind the counter completely ignored my presence. Either update your hours or don’t close doors on customers. Looks like this employee has done this before too.

Thought it was a fluke until I read the reviews. The lady behind the counter really is miserable. I stood at the counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged, she continued to not take my order even after saying she’d get to me. The only time this place has ever been quick is when I do a mobile order 10 minutes prior to getting there for pickup.

Severely under staffed, can take 15 or more minutes to get your order. Often time self check out kiosks are half broken and customers are jam packed waiting. Good coffee when you can get it… if you have time to wait for it.

Great location and great employees but the roof leaks over there heads on a daily and the employees are telling me the boss doesn’t want to fix the leak. It’s literally rite over the cash register smh hope writing this helps.

Gorgeous shop. Definitely the nicest Dunkin I’ve been in. Brand new, cool tap system for iced coffee (they have nitro too!). Quick service. Drink was messed up but they remade it for us.
