The prices were unbelievably low, totally not airport like price like. The employees were to busy talking about customers who they thought didn’t speak their language, rather than giving good customer service. The young Lady that rang me up acted as if I was bothering her in her personal time. There was a young Hispanic guy there that was hustling his tail off preparing orders. He also was engaged in the conversation about customers, but at least he was working hard. A message to ALL you young folks that may read thus, I too worked somewhere I didn’t want to in order to pay the bills, but I made it appear to be the best job ever. And guess what? Even though I disliked the job, the district manager loved my work and enthusiasm so much that he promoted me to store manager. That came with a significant raise in pay amd benefits. Also, you never know in this day and age what language/s someone speaks and/or understands. I wanted to give them a piece of my mind but I was already upset about some major travel interruptions, so I let it go.

Go very frequently, cold drinks are always fast and employees are always friendly. Warm food takes a little longer, but is still good. One young lady is very friendly and kept her cool with an irate patron.

Placed an order for pickup for bagel bites and two iced coffees. All they gave me were the two iced coffees, no bagel bites. So they took my money and didn’t even offer to refund me. It’s been 20 days since this happened, the manager still has done nothing to rectify the situation.

My drink was made incorrectly – I took it back and asked for a refund. The employees refused and started disrespecting me, telling me there is no manager on shift. Rude and unprofessional – I worked for Dunkin for 5+ years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Went there early on 4/26/22 and encountered a young male employee who may have treated me more rudely than anyone at BWI has ever treated me (which says a lot, as bwi is always the place to go if you want to be treated badly!) I understand that it is hard to staff fast food joints, but geesh! This guy does not deserve to be in society no less on your payroll!
