THE WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. There where three associates who got mine and three others order’s wrong and the associates had so much attitude you where afraid to say anything so we walked away with the wrong items. If I had associates that acted that way I would terminate them in a heartbeat. Absolutely unacceptable to be that way in a SERVICE industry. Not to mention the area was filthy freaking clean it the third associate was just standing there. Also ZERO people care about the attitude that Connie gave you.

The staff was very unprofessional. They did not have no donuts and I find that very ironic that it’s called “Dunkin’ Donuts “ and they do not have any . And they do not close until 10pm and they were not even making any donuts at 7pm I am a very unhappy with my experience at the BWI Dunkin Donuts by the B gate .

Absolutely the worst dunkin iced coffee I’ve ever had. The coffee tasted like a cup full of watered down milk. One female employee had a mouth full of food while behind the counter doing something at the coffee station. None of the employees had a neat appearance or had clean looking shirts. Needless to say the iced coffee went into the trash. I would’ve gone back to the counter but I was waiting to board my flight after an incredibly long day.

8:40 am, customer service she was rude, no good morning and was not polite. Coffee lid was not put on properly and burned my hand. The food was not tasty and was just thrown together, and thrown at us on the counter like slop. There was no reason why we should have been treated like that. This place needs customer service training and/or new employees that appreciate their jobs.

if i could put 0 stars i would ! i did a pick up order and one of the workers giving me attitude saying i dont have ur order over and over mean while she really meant she dont have avocado so i needed to pick something else. Also they didnt give me my donuts so i stood there just waiting and she goes off saying im smack her in the face and talking to the other employees about me when i hadnt said anything to her other than what order i was waiting for! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
