Very slow service. Ordered egg and cheese on a croissant, but the croissant was cold, not toasted as usual. The egg and cheese was cold although it seemed they were making the food and handing out immediately afterwards. I returned the sandwich and got another one. The Caucasian and Asian kids were not even apologetic and had no communication skills-sets. They we’re not rude but definitely could use some training to build interpersonal and service skills. Don’t waist your time. Coffee was so-so, definitely not worth the wait. I would not recommend this place but suit yourself. God bless and take care.

I had an early morning flight out of BWI. Waited for the DD to open at 5am, had to get my liquid courage to face a long day traveling! My gate was close to this location. There was a long line but the employees were working hard to get everyone served. People had complaints about their wait and how long they’ve waited, etc. but I guess they fail to understand that it wasn’t the employee’s fault so many people wanted DD at one time! I think the longest waits I witnessed were customers not knowing what they wanted and not being prepared to pay once they ordered! (Not like you didn’t have time to be prepared…while you complained.) I appreciate the employees, their composure to the rudies, and the fast service they provided me. My bagel and coffee were thoroughly enjoyed! (Oh, FYI, the Starbucks line DOES NOT move faster!)

Just ordered 1 matcha latte 1 regular latte. They gave me 2 coffee lattes lukewarm and 2/3 full only. I asked to fix it: make it full and hot. He did something but the result is the same. Just more foam like in a cappuccino. And matcha green tea is not there. I need to catch the flight so can’t spend more time just to get what I ordered .

Typical Dunkin experience. Fast food coffee at the airport. Thank goodness they opened early AM or else I wouldn’t have been able to function before my flight. I don’t know if all of the shops open at the same time but it’s around 4:00am. No line and no waiting for me. Just as fast as any other store, they really have a good system for getting the food out quick, hot and delicious. You can never go wrong with Dunkin Donuts Coffee. My server Sandy just opened and took my order, I think I was the first person that day. Thank goodness for her.

They closed at 10 and they aren’t serving anything else except drinks… then why are you opening? Then I passes by and the Asian guy was with an airport employee who ordered a sausage sandwich and he was in the process to make it, REALLY? SUCH A BAD costumer service. And he was on his phone. The owner needs to do something about the poor service.

The workers didn’t show up until 5:05 to turn the lights on and start to open the store. Ridiculous. Then we have to wait for them to set up. Don’t work or run a business in an airport if you aren’t going to open on time and actually OPEN at 5. Not arrive after 5.

What a cluster. Slowest Dunkin on the planet serving 1 customer every 5 minutes. If not longer. Plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours early if you want Dunkin. Or do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster like the plague.

Tasty tasty food! Loved my burnt “sourdough abocado toast”. It came with an expired avocado spread, and just about the most burnt piece of toast I’ve had! Come to dunkin at Concourse D, where you will surely regret your decision!
