Complete staff change in the last month or so and service plummeted. Kinda dirty inside, staff not very friendly (like the old group, who were wonderful), dumb stuff like donuts will always be upside down in the bag, no manager. Unfortunate. And I understand the same guy owns all the stores in the area. Oh well.

Not the best Dunkin I have been to. The employees watched me walk in and go to the register, but didn’t come to ask me about my order. There was a lady who came out of the back room and walked right past me seeing that I was waiting, and still didnt tell the other employees to come and take my order. It wasn’t until a white woman walked in behind me (I was waiting for over 3 minutes) they came to the register. However, as soon as she walked through the door they ran over and came to assist me. Then the same lady came back and asked me about my order, as if I hadn’t been waiting for 5 minutes. The older lady who handeled my order near pickup was very sweet and had such a warm smile on her face. Everyone else had attitudes and didn’t care about the brown girls time that was being wasted while standing in line.
