I visited early morning just passing through doing door dash. I ordered a hot chai with almond milk. I explained that I have a very sensitive stomach so I can’t have any cow milk in my drink because it would really make me severely sick. The person who took my order explained that they would prepare my drink. With the compassion he showed me I tipped the bowl over 5 dollars. When it came time there was a lady working there that was upset that he was so nice to me. And then took my drink and tried to heat it up with WHOLE MILK RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!!!!!!!! I was so stunned. I spoke up for myself and said I can’t drink that please remake it after at least rinsing the spout please. She was CURSING in HINDI and shaking her head as if my money was not wanted or needed. I left this place in tears and will never go back to this location. The MANAGER was there as well and did not reprehend because they assumed that me being a Native American African American woman that I would not understand their language or what was said. So if you have allergies and are of the brown variety and choose to patron watch your drink preparation closely and speak up with caution. I will not be returning. There is another location 1508 Reisterstown that was much more welcoming.

My go-to location. If you are turning left to go in it can take a min. It is a busy road. Great interior always clean or cleaning. Door was broken recently fixed very quickly. Great staff very friendly. I order ahead with the app 99% of the time. It’s ready and perfect 100% of the time. If they are out of something they make it obvious so you dont just take your bag and leave. They are ready to ask you about substitutions when they see you there by pickup.

I’m looking for zero stars because that is what I’d like to give this DD location on Reisterstown Rd in Owings Mills, it’s near Vitamin Store and Jersey Mike’s. The owner is very unfriendly toward his customers. Initially, I thought customers of color were talked down to, but he gave some of that rudeness to a caucasion couple, too. There were six people in the store, and four of us walked out discussing his tone of voice and behavior. BUT… while standing there, we witnessed the owner take two phone calls and proceed to pack orders wearing the same glove from the phone to the donut cabinet to the bags. Someone asked if he would change his glove, and he responded, “NO, if you don’t like go!” And, that is exactly what we did. The other two people were together and ordered cups of coffee. The floor and counter were filthy. One of the customers who walked out pointed out an abundance of flies around the garbage can located near the uncovered donut case. I can do without a worker (owners) unkind attitude, especially when the person has dirty behaviors and an unclean atmosphere. I will never go here again. In my heart, I gave this place ZERO stars… lol
