This used to be a good location, but it’s become one I avoid unless I have no other option. Lately, the workers seem to be more worried about being on their personal phones, than taking orders. When my orders are wrong, it’s usually because whoever is taking drive thru orders has a cellphone in hand and is only listening with half an ear. The other day I ordered a drink I’ve ordered countless times. When he told me the price I asked why was it different than what was listed. He gave me some random info, things not updating, price on app is different than in store… so I asked for my receipt. After he pulled it from his pocket, I saw that he charged me for a different drink than the one that I ordered. And the words don’t even sound the same Coconut Refresher vs Lemonade Refresher.

The customer service sucks!!!!! These workers make you feel like you are bothering them instead of helping them stay employed. I went through drive-thru, placed mobile order asked for a receipt and that male at the drive thru window LIED and said it doesn’t print when you do a mobile order, which was a LIE.
