My family and I stopped in here on a Sunday morning. We all ordered our food and drinks. My daughters drink and my drink were supposed to have sugar in them and they came with no sugar. Nothing like taking that first drink of coffee to wake up and it tastes horrible. I took them back and someone put sugar in for us. Everything else was fine. This was our first time going to this Dunkin Donuts and I will say if we are in the area we will stop back in and give them another try.

Out of all the Dunkin donuts in this area, mainly the one on Ritchie highway the one on b&a boulevard, and this one which is on mountain road. The mountain road Dunkin donuts is by far the best one out of all three of those the people are a lot nicer they had smiles on their face and they talked to you, The donuts were fresh and soft and they actually had donuts the other DDs didn’t have. If you live in the Glen Burnie go to the mountain road Dunkin it sits right in front of food Lion you will not be disappointed.

I went into the store at 2:45 PM.There was 2or 3 people behind the counter. They all look like they were all working the drive-through. At least was greeted but I was standing at the register waiting to place my order… I could see they were busy with maybe 2 or 3 cars but I wanted to place an order too and the same girl kept coming over to me and saying she’d be right with me. After the 3rd time, I had seen and heard enough. I’ve worked in food industry as a store manager, customers come first…regardless
