Guy with the long black ponytail at the drive thru is just nasty. He talks to his coworkers over the headset while you wait for him to finish so that you can place your order. When you finally get to the window he doesn’t greet you or even tell you your total just waits for you to hand over your card. Then he (barely) hands you your items and just continues talking to his coworkers… I’m usually not that picky when it comes to fast food and the service because I get it but he is just extremely rude and his vibe is way off. He must own the place or have family/friends that owns it because there’s no way he’s still employed there.

I stopped by today morning to grab a medium ice vanilla coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and was give a croissant that was missing bread like they cut it with their hands and the inside of bread felt raw. Like when bread is put to freeze and don’t left it thaw all the way.

Not the friendliest staff. Especially the guy that is usually in the drive thru he always has an attitude. If you do order ahead in the morning there is absolutely no order whatsoever. The stuff is just everywhere. You can’t even see your order on the table so you have to touch and move every other order to find yours which is unsanitary. Most of the staff inside don’t even speak English. Not my favorite location at all.

I order at least 4 large coffees from this dunkin on reisterstown rd in 21136 zip to be delivered twice a week and have been for at least 6 months now. I had not been in-person there for at least a year. The last time I went, the male with a long black ponytail whose height is about 5 ft 8, shorted me on my change back after I paid. The same male was there last night, 6/27/23 at shortly after 9 P.M., when I went in-person to pick up an online order that included 6 large coffees. He stood behind the counter parallel to the entrance door and did not greet me as I walked past him and over to the pickup area. He walked over to where I was and made a condescending comment related to me picking up the amount of coffee that I purchased, while he stood with his armed crossed. When I reminded him that I purchased it as a customer and I asked him for a large bag, he let me know that he did not think that I needed it and continued to mock my choice to pick up such a somewhat large amount of coffee. He did not greet me, did not offer to bag it for me, did not offer to help in any way, did not thank me for the purchase, did not bid me farewell, did not offer a receipt, and did not mark the coffees with a tag of the ingredients and time prepared. He reminded me of a little boy in pre-school that needs a hug. For someone who I remember having to walk to and from work last year, he sure does not seem to want anything more out of life. He instead has chosen to make the least out of opportunities for growth, if not for himself, for the business that has several other Dunkin’ locations in less than a 5 mile radius.

I love this dunk donuts location because they are nice and fast also a regular customer but they gotten worse . This morning they made pull into a parking spot to wait for my bagel. The lady came to my car she had a little bit of a attitude. I really don’t check my food because they always do a good job . This morning when I got to work I saw my bagel burnt this is unacceptable . I’m pretty sure they don’t want they food burnt looking like that . I will definitely will go back to get my money back .
