The girls in the place were very friendly! They really appeared to enjoy their job. The egg bacon sandwich was standard fast food, nothing special. The inside of the facility was fairly clean and pleasant. As a tourist here on a Sunday morning, it was the only place we could find open for coffee. Kudos for Dunkin for opening up! Finding this location made our morning!

They are very attentive and always get our order right. They move fast and they were also accommodating when I made a mistake. I forgot to ask for Oatmilk in my drink and they just remade it after the drink was just finished. Today I forgot to ask for a bagel and had to go back. They apologized for the wait once they gave me the bagel when there was no wait! Very nice staff. My only slight criticisms are the amount of bacon items on the menu. Luckily, there are a few vegeterian options but there could be more. Also, the grilled cheese has American cheese. I would get rid of that cheese, it’s not the best.

This Dunkin donut has the worst customer service I went there July 23 at 5:15 PM. The lady was on the counter was very rude. She need customer service glasses. I got the coffee it was old and she refused me to use the bathroom.

Nice area of Towson, but very small lot – hard to get a parking spot. Donuts and Sunrise Sandwiches were good, and the staff was friendly. No drive-thru.

Majority of what I ordered was unavailable, instead of them telling me this and allowing me to make other selections, they just gave me what they wanted me to have. That is unacceptable when a person is spending their money. A few of the donuts had the frosting coming off and I asked for those to be replaced with better looking ones and the huy just threw them in a bag and sat ot on the counter. Service and products were terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
