I just got the frozen chocolate. It tasted burnt about half way through and there are black burnt bits in the drink. They did not clean the blender before making my drink. You can see one of the burnt bits in the photo. I’m very disappointed.

Nope. Never again. Drive thru, definitely not. Recieved orders wrong every time. staff friendly…BUT inside, very clean (no one goes in anymore lol) my orders ok but staff slow to take order and some with attitude as if the customer was inconveniencing them..I’m guessing their main objective is the drive thru service. I know it’s a special, $2 latte from 2 til 6, but I still expect to get the full drink. Me and my cousin ordered two lattes, one with whip, one without. Soon as we pulled off I knew we had been cheated. Both cups were only half full, and mine was clearly a cappuccino. I served as a batista for a few years, so I know my coffee well. My cousin’s response was they did this often, and asking for a full cup got him nowhere. Pretty sad when you can’t even get a cup of coffee at a coffee shop.

So I love Dunkin and I go multiple times a day almost everyday. Well today I went through drive through in which they had a sign stating $3 pumpkin signature lattes I get to window they tell me $4.55 I tell them sign says $3 and the girl rudely said well they aren’t that price no more. I then state they are still advertising it and they just kept saying no more. So I cancel order go home and call store for them to know exactly who I was n what I ordered n then stated manager was not there when I asked for one. Very disappointed with merritt blvd Dunkin and I will not return to that location and will warn my friends of their false advertisement as well.
