This morning was the worst experience ive ever had. I go to this dunkin donuts everyday, at the same time. The app and website says it opens at 5am. When i ordered my food and got in the drive thru with multiple other cars by 520ish, no employee was in the store. Unfortunately since i already paid and had work i couldnt stay and wait until someone decided they wanted to work. I just called the store to get this taken care of and they said they couldnt help me because the store doesnt open until 6, when the website says 5. Then she asks for my name and says she still cant do anything because i could be lying. There needs to be someway for them to realize they screwed up, they want to promote using the app so bad yet when theres a problem like this they want to push the blame away. This is ridiculous.

Because you always leave room for #1. This is the 2nd worst DD I’ve every seen. The place was an absolute mess when I walked in. The floor, the counter area, behind the counter etc……a total mess. The bathrooms were also a mess, but cleaner than the so-called restaurant. The place was filled with young people just hanging out.. not good for business. Note to the owner, clean it up or shut it down.

I went through the drive thru at 5:30 in the morning. The store was virtually not busy only one customer in the store 1 behind me in the drive thru. I ordered the pancake wrap with bacon. I pay for It. I received my order. I glanced inside there was a napkin and underneath the napkin and my food I assumed there was syrup to go with my food…. You know what they say about people who assume right? So I get to work on a 12 hour shift and I open up my bag and no syrup and my pancake wrap has sausage on it

I don’t know why we come here, except I had a gift card for $15.00 from Christmas so we used it.We ordered two egg, bacon, cheese croissants. Croissants were smashed and stale, the cheese, must have been slapped on at the end, it was cold. The bacon which consisted of maybe a half pc, and egg were cold. Really not good, but because of the gift card, we didn’t have to spend our money!

I ordered food in an app. I thought it would be easier drive thru but i was very disappointed and disgusted. The food wasn’t in a bag it was handed to me with all the grease in a sandwich box, i ask for napkins the person with his greasy gloves grab three napkins and gave it to me then close the window and he walks away. I called him out he didn’t even look back! The sandwich was very dry, not well made, there’s only two bacon strips on my sourdough sandwich I’ve ordered. It looked like it was just microwave for few seconds. The eggs was still and cold.
