This location’s drive-thru is an obstacle course during weekday mornings. Nevertheless, it’s convenient so I tried walk-in, but the doors are disgusting. They appear to have NEVER been wiped. Customer service deserves a zero. While waiting for my order, I gestured an inquiry, and was rudely hushed by the manager.

I was told that the store closes the inside at 7 AM and then I would have to drive through the drive-through to place an order and I was a bit concerned because it’s customers that would like to place orders they do not have access to a drive-through you shouldn’t close your store at 7 PM if the store states that is close at 8 PM the associate told me that the manager isn’t there, and then the closest inside of the store at seven for a deep cleaning the customer service is horrible

I went into the store and waited 10 minutes, was not acknowledged by the staff even when I asked to order. I could watch the drive-thru screen showing five cars came and went while I stood there asking to be helped. If you’re not going to help people at the counter just close the lobby.

I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts Monday through Friday at 5:30 in the morning before work, on August 29th I showed up and they were closed for remodeling for 2 weeks. Not once did anyone in that Funkin Donuts let me know they would be closed and now my morning commute is fugged

I’m glad I didn’t place an order online because as others may have mentioned the dining area isn’t open despite no signs indicating such. If they’re short staffed or any other problems that prevents them from opening the dining area for purchase they should stay on the window otherwise this is customer service.

I walked into Dunkin’ looking for a large coffee the staff looked at me as I entered and didn’t even say good morning I stood at the register for 4 min Before someone asked me if I needed any help? If I could give a negative star review I would, As this is the worst place I’ve ever gotten an order from.. The dining room is closed everyday even if you make an online purchase using the app. So what is the point of using the app if you still have to go through the driver. Not to mention the workers are so slow it’s ridiculous. And they say they’re open till 7 however they close at 6:30. Again what is the point…….
