2 times in a row now me and my mom have gone thru the drive thru and ordered “caramel latte with extra whip cream and a chocolate cake donut” and every time we get cinnamon on our coffee and a normal donut with chocolate glaze. we told them it was wrong and all they did was give us a free jelly donut instead of fixing it. we went to another dunkin donuts and got what we asked for, the worker there also said that they would report it because it was ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru to order one drink and a donut. I waited 5 mins, started saying hello on the intercom. Greeted by someone rudely saying, “give me a second”. Then 15 mins later someone took my order, but I had to keep repeating myself. Then I got to the window and waited 5 mins and no one was there. Drove off without getting anything.

Ordered a hot dark brew it was cold they gave me another and it was even colder. Ordered mini bagel bites they were cold like refrigerator cold and I waiting in line for 10 minutes 1 order at a time I was disappointed.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. They are one of the only locations that are polite. They always say thank you and your welcome. Now a days your lucky to get that at any drive thru. This morning they gave me the wrong size and to fix it they gave me the right size and the small as well. I live in glen burnie but will continue to go out of my way to get good and polite service.
