If I could give this location a star of zero I would. Please don’t go to this location. They take forever and if you use the app if something goes wrong they will tell you that they can’t do anything about it. I think they may also be racist. I have issues at this location constantly and have decided to not go to this location and may stop going to Dunkin altogether.

It was hit or miss if they would get my order right but last time I went, I got a chai latte that basically had a cake of vomit where the foam should be, the milk was probably bad and they still steamed it and served it anyway, I’m glad I caught it before I drank too much of it, still made me sick to know I drank some of that

So I was charged twice for bagels and when I told the employee he told me I couldn’t get a refund because his manager wasn’t here! If an employee makes a mistake I should be able to get a refund weather the manager is there are not. I would have to go all the way back another day just to get a refund. The employee even tried to offer me her own money! I’m not taking money from an employee! Don’t ever go to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts it’s very poorly managed.
