Dunkins donuts have really declined over the years. The selection and especially the freshness. Seems it doesn’t matter whether it’s right after they open in the morning or any other time the donuts are just not fresh. Hate to say stale but definitely dry and with that day old bread kinda vibe. The selection also is getting stale. The same 8-10 choices every day and when they finally offer a really good new donut like Butter Pecan it lasts a week and disappears. They need to step up their game because there’s that “other” place I can go to every morning and get fresh, still warm Donuts. Dunkins, warm sandwiches, bagels, and muffins are ok. The coffee and usually quick drive thru keeps me coming back.

Neeto (I hope i spelled her name right) has always been kind, efficient and overall great customer satisfaction. She always greets me with a genuine “hello, how are you today”. She is a hard working individual and has remembered my order with just a few visits. She’s a gem and deserves a raise. I wish more people were like her that are in this industry.

This Dunkin could not be more unorganized. Every time I go my order tastes different. The last two times I went they gave me the wrong item. Yesterday I ordered a chocolate frosted donut (through the app) and they gave me 4 donut holes… today I tried again to order the chocolate frosted donut and they gave me a plain donut. You really have to check every aspect of your order before you leave the drive thru line. Taste your coffee too. Many times I’ve ordered and it didn’t have any flavor pump in it even though it states it on the sticker. I wish there was another Dunkin on my route but sadly there is not.

Really considering finding another location in the morning,this is the 3rd time I’ve been through the drive thru this year and they’ve sold me rancid iced tea.Absolutely disgusted with their service, it’s becoming obvious the owners/management really don’t care about customer service.And you need to check your food too,they don’t seem to remember the correct orders. Sick of this Dunkin is an understatement!!

Usually good but last few times have gotten wrong orders, and donuts have been dropped half-melted and upside down in our bags and are just a total mess. Also I just ordered a bagel sandwich that I couldn’t bite through and had a hair in it. Bummer because this place is so easy to get to but quality has gone downhill.
