I only ever order drive-thru, so I can’t speak on the dining area. That said, this is certainly my favorite Dunkin in the area. The food (almost) always comes out nice and hot, coffees are made well, and the employees are always kind and respectful. The main downside for me is how quick the turnover rate seems to be, as there always seems to be new people, which can slow down the line some days. Otherwise, this is a great spot to come get a quick fix before your morning commute, or for a quick snack thoughout the day.

I have been going to this Dunkin for 8 yrs off and on. I will now go to the Starbucks next to them. I order a hot chocolate every time I go to Dunkin. At this Dunkin I watched them put hot water and mix ,that goes into a machine, into a cup and stir it. That DOES NOT make hot chocolate. It makes brown hot water. If you can’t get it correct STOP OFFERING IT. Also, find a better way to deliver icing donuts to your customers. Placing them in a bag icing side down leaves ALL the icing on the bottom of the bag and a big mess.

Mobile ordered before I left home. When I arrived, it took me 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. When I got to the window, I gave them my mobile order name. They gave me half of someone else’s order. I explained it was a medium coffee and 2 bags of coffee beans. She gave me the coffee and left to get my beans. She returned with 2 bags of ground coffee. I was already there long enough and just took them. I will most likely not be back for a long time.

Stopped in to pick up donuts and coffee for the election crew. Picked out two dozen and a big coffee. Only caution, the new cornbread donut and poppers sounded good but the taste didn’t work for me. Try a popper first if you’re tempted.

I am an employee at another location. I’ve come here previously and received an employee discount, I came a second time recently and asked for my employee discount once more. The person taking my order acted as if my request was too complicated, and she refused to give me my employee discount. She acted annoyed and rude with me. I came off as a burden and I never want to come back to this Dunkin because of how I felt.
