worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. there customer service absolutely horrible, i ordered a frozen coffee. in my opinion it was too sweet for me to drink, no big deal. i respectfully went back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one, so i asked if i could get something else instead. the lady attending me said, “i’ll change it for you this time but i can’t just give you a refund because you don’t like it.” like ????. on top of that when i got my hot chocolate it was only filled half way. 10/10 would not recommend.

Whenever I go there, they are terrible. SO slow, long wait in the line and every time something is missing. Today I asked for a dozen Munchkin and There wasn’t any chocolate one inside and they told me they are out!!!! Couldn’t they tell me when I was ordering!!!! I got home and it was 11 instead of 12!!!!! I don’t know why I keep going to this place!!!

I’m very annoyed with this Dunkin Donut. They have the worst customer service ever. Completely rude majority of the time. Also continuously mess up my drink order. If I asked or French vanilla ice coffee with crème and no sugar, why did I get hazelnut with no crème and no sugar. Another time I asked for unsweet iced tea with 2 Splenda’s and I get unsweet tea and an attitude when I am waiting for the rest of my order. The last straw was when I received my bagel with cream cheese, a side of hair and an after taste of onion. ( I stopped eating after seeing the hair) I couldn’t turn around since I was already on the highway. I don’t have time to bring up other concerns or issues. They just need serious help! They have too many employees working in there and standing around talking for them to always an issue. I have to add, they finish their conversation before help their customers that walk in. I’m not going back to that location. It needs new management! Unacceptable!
