When someone places a mobile order and it says unsweet tea but add liquid cane sugar… PLEASE add the sugar!! The young man handed me the drink and said “here’s your sweet tea” after pulling out of the drive thru and getting down the road… nope it’s totally UNSWEET!!!

It’s Me
Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve went to, this one is my favorite. The inside is nice and clean. Donuts are fresh and my iced lattes are always made perfect..never bitter. Plus they don’t try to nickel and dime you by overcharging for almond milk. Menu says 50 cents and that’s exactly how much they charge. Staff is very friendly and nice. The set up of the drive thru window looks like the building was once a bank so not the easiest drive thru to maneuver through if you have a big vehicle or truck and sometimes the line can get a little backed up in the morning because the parking lot area is a little small but it’s well worth these tiny inconveniences. This is my new coffee stop in the mornings because of the quality and consistency.

I always come to this Dunkin today I came and got a frozen coffee and 2 chocolate croissants and when I got home and opened the bag the chocolate croissants was burnt like why would you even serve that when you could have easily started over with warming up new ones this place just keeps getting worse

I stop here on my my way to work from time to time. They are not that busy at the time I come (only a few cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby). I often have to wait 10 mins or more just to place an order. Unlike some locations, this one is the closest to my route from home to work that gets my order right 95% of the time. BUT they are so SLOW! As I said I only stop by from time to time when I have the time, because I anticipate gaving to wait. If I come when I’m running a little behind I either give into the craving and wait or just forgo my coffee at that time.

Very disappointed, I ordered this morning a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a bagel with cream cheese and I got booth bagel with cream cheese. I called to store one lady name Roma answered the phone, I explained want happened and she wanted me to send a picture of my receive to her cellphone, I asked to speak with the manager, that lady was very rude, she told me the manager was gone for the day, that she wasn’t the manager that she needed that picture to give the information to him, my husband heard what was happening and he took the phone from me and ask to the lady are you the manager she said yes, so my husband explained again what happened, she wanted us to text her picture of the receive.

On June 3rd my order was made completely wrong. They had no crossaints and I ordered a Ham, Egg, and Cheese Crossaint and they gave me a completely different sandwich. When I took it back they did not want to replace my sandwich or give me my money back. I had to talk and almost yell just to switch it for a drink. Today, June 4th I stopped in the drive thru and 2 of my 3 drinks are disgusting. Drink one was suppose to be a iced caramel coffee with 3 Caramel, 3 Sugar, and 3 Cream but as pictured was wrong. My hazelbut cold brew with cold foam was suppose to have extra sugar and hazelnut and it had very little. The wait on both days were unreal. On the 3rd I was asked to pull to the side of the building and to wait. The 4th there were 2 people in front of me that just ordered drinks and the wait was over 20 minutes! Today was my last day ever going to that Dunkin! I will drive to Greencastle to get my drinks for now on. They are actually friendly and can make correct coffee drinks!
