I should have gotten the names of the staffs. The young lady in the morning was very patient and professional. Assisted me with my order of a donut for my younger son and an iced coffee. After my son finished his donut, we went back to Walmart to shop for toys. Before we left, we went back to get hash browns for my other son. I specifically told the cashier (a middle aged man) that if the staff handling the hash browns can change to a new pair of gloves due to allergies, he replied saying she is already wearing gloves. I told him it’s because of food allergies, I need a new pair. He ignored me after I paid and went on with the next customer without telling the staff handling the food. I waited on the side and the staff asked if I wanted both orders in the same bag. I saw that she was handling croissants and preparing the bag, so I asked if she can change to new gloves due to allergies. She looked annoyed without a response and just changed her gloves and the put the hash browns in the same bag that is already contaminated. I could have asked for new hash browns to be prepared as the hash browns were already handled by the same pair of contaminated gloves before I told her to change. I also wanted ketchup but the staff already turned around to prepare other customer’s food. So I went back to the cashier and asked if I can have some ketchup. He replied ‘why do you ask me, go ask her!’, and then ignored me again. I waited and waited and decided to leave without getting any ketchup. My other son was never able to eat the hash browns due to cross contamination and we never got ketchup for the order due to poor customer service. The store even has a sign saying please inform staff of any allergies. Why bother posting it if you don’t know what allergies are and what cross contaminations are. Please train the staff!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The WORST customer service. They always mess up my order AND yesterday I went in to order and use my app in order to use an offer that I have in my app. I suppose to get a free egg bites with any drink purchase. This dude literally overcharged me and never give me free item. He charged me for both instead of one drink. NEVER APOLOGIZE YET LAUGH AT ME. The other white lady who works there she was nice and saw everything that was going on but she couldn’t do much but said sorry to me. This place is real trash. DUNKIN DO BETTER!! Look at resume before hire anyone!!!!

Staff not friendly this is the worst location. I placed mobile order for a cup of coffee. Arrived stood there for at least 5 minutes. Staff didn’t say anything. After standing there Finally employee who’s always there sits coffee down, looks at me and walked away. Didn’t apologize for the extremely slow service. I will provide feedback via app.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! By far the worse service ! Today I ordered online had my mother inlaw pick up for me , they forgot my snackin maple bacon wraps (2 of them ) and didn’t even give me the right donuts after calling 10 times someone finally answered , girl said oh idk I just got here ok so put someone on the phone who knows ! So the guy said oh well idk what you want me to do , umm how about give me my money back for the stuff I paid for and didn’t get or replace my items ?! So he said come back I’ll replace your donuts and give you the wraps ok ! So my mother inlaw went back for me guess what now they refuse to give me the right donuts I paid for oh and the wraps are just regular bacon and not the maple sugar like I ordered ! Now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone let’s not mention the wrap is hard and cold !! I will not be going back to this Dunkin donuts what so ever worse customer service ever and the people are rude as they come !

I went in and asked for 2 donuts then later changed my mind while she was at the register for a half dozen. They not only rung me up for a half dozen but with 2 donuts on top of that. When i saw them take out the box for the 1/2 dozen they gave me a separate bag for the 2 donuts i wanted to order in the first place that i told them nevermind to. When i tried to correct their mistake, one looked at me and said “Youll have more donuts to eat.” Never asked if they could fix the problem or if i wanted my money back. The comment was rude and i will never give them my service again.

I placed order on 7/22/21 at 6:54 arrived @ 8:42 for pick up cashier ignored me till I called out asking about an order for me she smirked at me and said I have an order for Nicole we’ve been having technical issues and walked away looking at other customers smiling she was recently hired and every time I am late for work because she never has my order ready and she is rude. I Paid for order I didn’t receive and she didn’t offer any help

They are NEVER open until 7pm! Usually have the donuts pulled and thrown out by 6pm and gates closed soon after! I am at that Walmart every week and unless I am there before 6pm forget it! JUST CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO 6PM! problem solved!!! It was closed at 6:15pm today!
