Every single time I order from them, they can never stir the coffee. All of any creamer and sugar is all at the bottom every single time and when you ask them to stir it, they catch an attitude. The customer service really sucks when you do ask them to stir it they start speaking in their own language, most likely talking about you because you’re requesting them to do their job properly. I do not pay almost 5 dollars for a cold brew to have to stir myself If I am coming through the drive-through, I would like to drink my coffee on my way to work but I am unable to because it’s never stirred. every other Dunkin that I go to. Stir the coffee, but this location does not.

Pretty disturbing to go get a coffee and a sourdough breakfast sandwich only to find mold on the bread. Quality control SERIOUSLY needs an upgrade. I understand today is a holiday, but having no manager on duty is not acceptable. The employees were friendly and gave me my refund, but it’s unfair to them– they shouldn’t have had to handle this alone.

This was the worst fast food restaurant experience in my life. They were short of many donut flavors and then overstocked with extras of other flavors. (Poor demand planning). When I asked to clarify what donuts actually were in stock they responded rudely. Following this I was served an unmixed Matcha. There was literally green powder sitting on top of the ice and just milk below. When I said this isn’t mixed properly, no apologies,just a half-hearted attempt to stir and hand me back a still improperly mixed Matcha. Shameful. Store motto must be: Hold the cheese, hold the lettuce and customer service must upset us.

Needed my evening iced coffee fix so I placed a mobile order at 10:04 pm on my way to DD. Their app said they were open until 10:30 pm and I got there at 10:06 pm. The place was dark but employees were inside and saw me but wouldn’t come to the window. I waited a few minutes until they came out the side door and tried to avoid me, but I told them I had a mobile order. They told me they were closed. I told them their app said they don’t close until 10:30 pm and deducted money from my account for my order. She told me to come back tomorrow because the hours are wrong on Google and they close at 10 because of covid… I told her it’s the DD app that says open til 10:30 pm… Lucky them… They sure had their large iced coffee orders in drink carriers though… I guess I didn’t need mine tonight but glad they got theirs!! I’ll call contact corporate tomorrow for a refund and visit my local DD tomorrow, since this one was on my way home from work but is not the closest to my house on my day off tomorrow… ugh.

This Dunkin location was a little hard for me to find. Also trying to figure out the drive thru line was confusing. They are a pretty slow location. I wanted a long Time To place and get order. Cashier wasn’t that friendly either.

This location sucks specially if you are eating in. Waited over 20 minutes four our food, donuts and drinks and never got anything.basked for our money back and even that took them a long time to do. They only focus in the drive through so waits are crazy.
