I order a large Charlie cold brew with less ice and every time I order either through the drive-through or inside of the store, they always remember my order! The fact that the employees take the time to remember my order is something that is very personal to me. Definitely some thing that keeps me coming back! Mara is always so kind and helpful, and greets me with a smile and asks if I would like my usual. All of the employees are efficient and you can tell that they have high expectations for each other and themselves. The atmosphere is always uplifting and lighthearted and the employees are always working very well together and using teamwork to get all of the work done.

when it arrived the only thing on my sandwich was cheese and pepper! No egg or bacon! For anyone not following so far my sandwich consisted of a croissant cheese and pepper! So got in my truck and drove there and showed them what happened. Who I assume was the manager, corrected the sand which and has the nerve to look at me and say “okay, we are good”. So, not believing the terrible service I was receiving. I said I just had to drive from my house and come back here ( for a cheese sandwich) and this is all you are gonna do for me, your not gonna give me a refund or try and make it right?

Like seriously they’re amazing and have been ever since this place opened I’m mad at myself for not posting a review sooner but after today I had to make sure I took the time. We were there around 10:30 am Saturday, March 4. The manager(I’m assuming) was very unprofessional. He was yelling at all of the other people, yelling at them to go on break yelling at the “stupid” computers and everyone else. All in front of the customers and my kids. The rest of the staff was very friendly and efficient. Not sure why he kept yelling. It should have actually been very embarrassing for him throwing a tantrum like a toddler. If he is going to be a manager, he needs to grow up and learn how to treat people with respect.

This place is such a hit or miss. Sometimes my coffee is fantastic and exactly what I ask for, and other times it’s terrible. I do wish people used common sense. When I ask for an iced coffee, with liquid sugar, it’s for a reason, because regular sugar obviously does not dissolve in cold liquid, so when I get regular sugar, in a cold coffee when I specifically always ask for liquid, and the sugar then sits on the bottom all grainy, it’s disgusting. And it’s sad how often this happens.

There are so many things wrong with this location. I’ve visited this Dunkin Donuts so many times and have literally never had a complete or successful order. They always miss something, or mess up a drink, or are completely out of something (or many things).
