Pretty good Dunkin’. I always get what I order, and try to use the app for quicker pickup. The parking lot is usually busy but that’s because this place is so popular. Very convenient if you’re on the west side of town or in the adjacent plaza for other errands. The kids always love the cute holiday themed donuts.

I went through the drive thru today when I went to order the lady kept cutting me off when I was trying to order my food after everything single item I was trying to order she would say pull forward when I wasn’t done ordering even when I told her I am still ordering to the point I couldn’t order everything I needed and decided enough was enough and left may 27th 2023 drive through 10am

Me and my daughter just left this location. Mind you it’s pouring rain today and there was only 1 car there in the drive thru when we pulled up and empty on the inside. So we walked in and the young lady standing at the drive thru window turns and looks at us and takes a double take before I assumed she went to let whoever was working the counter know that they had customers. But we stood there a few more seconds before I went over to see where everyone was at looking over the counter and saw three people in the back. So I went to stand at the register again waiting for someone to come over. When after a few more seconds another lady walked over to the drive thru window and the First lady I mentioned came walking towards the counter. Instead of saying hello how can I help you. She points to the other lady now in the drive thru window saying that she would help us as she then bent down to put donuts in a bag. How many people does it take to run the window and they were more concerned about taking the window orders than actual customer inside. I’ve been too this location a couple of times never going inside but in the drive thru and had not received decent customer service yet still decide to spend my money here on occasion because it’s the closet location to me. But this was my last time going here and I will make it a point to drive across town to the best location on Tilghman Rd before going here again.

When I go to Dunkin in the morning, I either go to this store or Cambridge. I always order ahead on the app, and my order is always ready and perfect. Wish you could tip on the app but that is not by any fault of the staff here.

If only I could give 0 stars. There is so much wrong about the way that the employees treat their customers at this location I don’t know where to begin. The girl with her head half shaved (Alana I think) is unhelpful, unfriendly, won’t give receipts, she 100% ignored me when spoke to her. Her & the younger guy with dark hair that won’t give his name consistently make me feel like I am a major inconvenience. My own fault for going back – I will never make that mistake again
