Could not believe how busy they were but they had plenty of employees and we didn’t have to wait. The drive up was a different story. The line was backed up into the street, but even that moved quickly.

Between the Dunkin and McDonald’s restaurants it’s going to get someone injured or killed. Early mornings the line is usually to the Tillman Rd entrance and blocking traffic from entering the shopping complex and then the customers of both restaurants turn into the side street behind McDonald’s blocking traffic from exiting the complex. I went to a medical center and I was driving in front of the food Lion store 8-8-2023 to exit the complex and watched a lady cut off a motorcycle to get in line for Dunkin at 7:30am and I witnessed this kind of driving from their customers on a daily basis. The motorcycle driver almost dropped his bike to avoid a collision and was able to recover but was very upset that the lady gave him the finger when she clearly was at fault. I stopped in the food Lion parking lot to watch the motorcycle rider go and give her a few choice words and be a witness for the motorcycle driver just in case the cops were called because he was not at fault and I watched her drive to the drive thru of Dunkin just to make sure she wasn’t going to McDonald’s. Maybe the owners of both places could go outside and witness this safety hazard for themselves and have the traffic rerouted to go through the food Lion to the back unused part of the parking lot so people could line up in a safe area and not put other drivers in harms way by cutting off drivers and blocking up the entrance just to get a burger or a donut. I really hope that the owners of both places will take a look at this and not put profits over their customers and the public safety, we will see.

I love their breakfast sandwiches and I get a chocolate covered donut. My treat to myself.

18 May2022 One star based on the boy that worked the morning shift drive-thru. He tried to rush me to make my order(not my problem drive thru had a line)and continuously kept asking me if I wanted anything else. The Spanish mgr did her best to debunk the rude situation as I drove up to the window. The boy acted like he didn’t want to be at work, completely rude and seemed impatient. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TOO.

For the most part the majority of the workers are short and hasty. You can order the same thing everyday and get something new… So not very consistent. Honestly mediocre at best!!!
