Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever experience. My order was taken correctly and I was given all the wrong items. Somebody else picked up one of our items and the managers solution to the problem was to pick up a melted old coffee off the counter and hand it to me. If a manger isn’t willing to fix a single order I doubt there’s much hope for the store. Not to mention the cleanliness of the store is way below par. The floors and sticky and there are napkins and paper stuck all over the floor.

Staying in Ocean City for one night. Went looking for coffee in the morning and found this Dunkin. The woman working in there was the most miserable person I have ever seen. I understand she was short handed but everyone was understanding and not giving her a hard time. Telling you she hates this place when she got my order wrong. SMH. Customer service has disappeared.

Came here twice while on Vacation. First time the messed up two of my friends drinks and I asked for a 25 count of glazed munchkins donuts and got half glazed and half jelly filled. There was plenty of glazed to give away. Second time we want to give them the benefit of the doubt of them being busy. I ordered a hot chocolate. The label on the drink said hot chocolate and everything, but the drink was coffee. They need to do better!

Cashiers just seems to always have a bad attitude ,but I absolutely love the coffee. And the one minor detail that should be corrected is that is says open and it is 5:49 am to come over here to see that it’s actually closed with no hours of operation anywhere kinda sucks.

I love sweets, so wherever I go I always had sweet foods and dunkin is one of my favorite place to go. I like their chocolate and strawberry frosted donut. Service is good and staff is very friendly too.
