I have came to this place many times before but today 11/12/2021 11AM. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. Cut me off in my order. Only gave me 1 item of the two. She got confused by my order I guess? Drove around to order the 2nd item. Lady inside was being rude to a client In front of me. Pretending she couldn’t hear him and making him repeat himself continues time. I could hear him fine and I was behind him. Was upset by the treatment so I left. Message to owner please check on employees.

So first off I think I can speak for moat of the town when I say we were very happy to get a Dunkin Donuts in town . And I love going, I have had mixed experiences with them. I’ve had great customer service , and I’ve had bad customer service. I’ve had nice fresh donuts and I’ve had stale hard ones. So they can use some help there, also seems like the coffee is better in the morning. I would also be very happy if they were open later till at least midnight.

I politely asked the woman over the com in the drive thru to give us (my partner and I) a minute in choosing our order, she proceeded to rush us and get an attitude. We completed our order and drove up to the window, I paid and waited for them to bring my order; the woman who had the attitude came up to the window and damn near threw the food at me and was being really disrespectful. I politely informed them we were missing a drink and she began to huff and puff about it. Needless to say I’m not going back to this Dunkin in Princess Anne ever again.

Whoever was working the drive-thru this morning, 10.5.21, at 450am on UMES Blvd in Princess Anne, MD needs a Manager to have a sit down with her and go over common courtesy and customer satisfaction. She was extremely rude while I was ordering – cutting me off several times and saying “well I’m gonna need a size” before I even had the chance to tell her. When I got to the window, she practically threw my change at me, causing it to drop all over the ground outside. No apology, just a slammed window. Maybe the opening shift is too early for her????
