Stopped here for a quick breakfast and it was good . Always like Dunkin breakfasts . Had coffee and it was good . In some Dunkin’s they make coffee really light and watery but it was good here . Hashbrowns are always good and bagel was well toasted . I also like tomato pesto sandwich here . Nice and clean restrooms for customers . Good place to sit and eat . Love the quick service . They were all smiling and energetic , which was good to see . Thumbs up

I normally don’t have a problem with this Dunkin Donuts in Perryville MD, but today (Saturday 8/26/23 at approximately 12:15pm) I did. First off there were 2 kids ( looked like Middle Schoolers) working the drive thru, I thought you had to be at least 16 to work there. Now the kid working the drive thru was not the problem, it was the manager. I mistakenly ordered wrong, I thought I ordered the new Pumpkin fravored Iced Latte which in the picture showed whipped cream and something sprinkled on top. Apparently I didn’t say the magic words “Signature & Spiced” so no whipped cream or sprinkles. I asked to speak to the manager to figure out what happened. This manager came to the window with an angry/mean face and tone of voice to explain to the idiot (myself) that since I didn’t say the magic words I was given a plain old Pumpkin Iced Latte (because I should have known there was a difference). I told my daughter about the rude encounter with this manager and she informed me this was nothing new, that many people in the area have complained about her. I have a feeling the underage workers there are either her children or her grandchildren. Oh, and to top everything off the Pumpkin Iced Latte tasted like a regular latte with a little more sugar in it, I didn’t detect any Pumpkin taste or smell.

We went to Dunkin for breakfast and coffee, and the coffee was so cold, and my doughnuts were hard. We ordered online and got there before the coffee was made, and it was still cold. How do you mess up the temperature of coffee before it was given to us. And they gave us the wrong doughnuts.

We ordered at the board and then we’re asked four times at the window what our order was and still got it wrong. And the amount of time we had to wait was ridiculous. This used to be my favorite Dunkin within Baltimore, Harford and Cecil Counties, now I probably won’t ever go back. IT WAS JUST COFFEE!

Welp service is back to terrible!! Twice today had bad experiences. My friend brought me an iced tea this morning. Realized it looked a little dark but the tag was correct. When I tasted it when she got to my house….it was a large coffee in an iced tea cup. This afternoon I place a mobile order for my son’s. Pick it up acknowledging I screwed up and asked for cream for the ice coffee. The individual working said nothing to me either way and just handed me 2 packets of creamer. Looks like I will be headed back across the bridge for my dunkin again!

I ordered a small strawberry coolatta they told me frozen machine was broken. I ordered an avocado toast and hummus and tomato toast. Neither was toasted. and the hummus and tomato had no tomatoes on it. Also jelly had mold in it??? I didn’t have time to go back in because im on my way to Florida
