My mantra is if you hate your job or working with the general public… QUIT!! I could’ve had 4 bad reviews before this one, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Usually the afternoon and closing crew are the individuals that tend to be the least customer friendly. The team or the individual who drive a white Chevy Caprice, didn’t bother to take my order last night when they had six minutes before closing. All I wanted was a coffee because I was heading into the office for late work catch up.. but the reason why I say this is because on last week the same thing happened when it was 12 minutes before closing and they acted as if they didn’t want to take my order, again.. I blew my horn in order to get someone to come and still I ended up waiting three minutes before someone actually decided to come and take my order. Should I get there a little bit beforehand, absolutely! The fact of the matter is you should acknowledge the customer and not yourself unless you are in a situation to defend yourself! I really avoid coming to this location due to its unfriendly staff! I hate to say it but this generation of young workers are lazy and incompetent; who thinks we owe them something. All-in-all I will not be returning, instead take my money 8 minutes up the road where I am acknowledged.

Service at this location is always awful. The staff is always rude with an unnecessary attitude. They take forever to make even a single coffee. I ordered a medium iced mocha latte and was rung up for a iced coco mocha signature latte. When I got to the window and the lady repeated it to me I told her I just want a mocha latte and I was told “no that’s just what it’s called” so now I have waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru window for something I didn’t order. Absolutely ridiculous if I could give less that 1 star I would.

I just visited this Dunkin’ Donuts and saw the most grosses thing in my life. I placed my order and the young lady charged my card. When she reached in to get the donuts from inside the showcase a swarm of flies erupted. It was gross. I immediately asked the young lady to cancel my order. She went to the back to retrieve the manager. He did not ask me why or what happened. I immediately informed him the the showcase has no covering on the back and flies are all over the donuts. He said Quote: That’s not my problem. In the meantime there are a line of people at the drive thru. I wonder if they know what they are getting??? Do all Dunkin’ Donuts have the same showcase and setup that leaves your food exposed to insects???? NO MORE DUNKIN’ DONUTS FOR ME!!!!!!! Good luck people. This is why store fronts are going away.

We dont have dunkins like this in CT, which was a nice refreshing thing to see. We wanted a pickme up from our 8 hour drive, and this Dunkin and its workers did the job to help us complete our drive home. Says drive up on sign but you can go in and order they have everything you expect from a dunkin.
