I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts shop and had a fantastic experience. The iced latte was perfectly made and hit the spot on a hot day. The service was top-notch, with the friendly and attentive staff making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the efficiency of the ordering process. They never have any food. They have a few random donuts. They never have any bagels when I go on. Why do you have a whole menu over your head and don’t have any of the things on it? Person who said it takes 10 minutes for a coffee was accurate. It takes that long for my hot chocolate as well.

Explain to me why it takes 10 min for a simple iced coffee. I’ve been here 8 times thus far throughout the semester. At first the coffee was great and I was in and out in 2 min. But that was with a different employee, there’s this new person that takes an unbelievable amount of time to make a simple iced coffee. Now you must be thinking, “well they might be busy?” False, I come in the same time each time and it’s always me in line and maybe 1 other person waiting. Now here’s the thing, I’m not an impatient person but waiting a non exaggerated 10 min for a simple iced coffee when there’s only maybe 2-3 other people in the store is unheard of. The wait would be worth it if the coffee was consistent. But for some reason this certain person who happens to take too long also happens to make interesting coffees to say the least. I’ll still continue to give them business because America runs on dunkin, but I urge management to train the staff better per say, to leave no room for inconsistency. Thank you, rant over.

I order the same coffee here a couple of times a week and I can’t say that I’ve ever gotten my order correct, and it’s completely different every time. It’s close enough to where I’ll drink it, but all you’ve got to do is follow what’s on the screen. Besides that it’s typically pretty clean and it’s a convenient spot.

They don’t understand the request “half dozen” for donuts. And when we want 3 same donuts in our order they refused and told us “we stopped making those and we close at 6 so you have to pick 6 different ones”. Smh.

The staff doesn’t understand the orders and often they have to be repeated multiple time. Additionally wait time is long. As for food, they are always very low on donuts, and the ones they do have are stale and old.
