I had a good visit at this Dunkin donuts. The gentleman working (Emmett) did a GREAT job making sure each person got what they asked for and was kind and courteous with each of us. We were a huge crowd of people and he handled it very well. Especially for being on his own Manning the entire store.

I just went to this location to get my weekend coffee. I had an amazing experience the moment I walked in! I was greeted my Abe and his energy was happy, helpful and entertaining! His joyful attitude really made my morning and brightened my day. While I was waiting for my food I could tell he made everyone else’s morning as well with his amazing service. Kareem made my drink (and every one else’s on his own) so quick and it was perfect! He seemed very nice and gave great service. The gentleman who was making the food was super nice as well although I didn’t get his name. Idk why this location has such a low rating but this will be the location I come to from now on!

This is my neighborhood Dunkin. They are usually pretty quick, and the service is pretty good. They occasionally do run out of things but there is enough variety to choose something else. My one observation is that a lot of homeless people seem to like using this location, which is fine, but I have been approached several times in the parking lot as a result. Just be aware and all is good.

They need to increase the number of staff here, or at least reduce the number of online orders this store takes. The workers are completely overwhelmed, and it takes forever to get anything that isn’t just a donut off the shelf. You make an order in store and wait 15 minutes for a coffee while the folks behind the counter are focused on piling up all of the online orders that haven’t been picked up. If you want something quick, this is NOT the place for you.

Not great service. Did mobile ordering once, leaving an hour before I went to pick it up. Obviously expecting it to be done, I went in and had to ask for them to make it. No point in ordering ahead because it either wont be ready or the food will be wrong.
