I want to like this Dunkin. The people seem nice enough, but the service is awful. So slow. So disorganized. Consistently three or more employees, literally no one in the store, and still can’t keep up with simple mobile orders. Staff needs new/better supervision.

I went here around 12 on a Saturday. There was one other person waiting when I walked in. I asked for a frozen coffee and the employee “checked” for the mix to make it and informed me that they were out. They were also out of espresso. I then just ordered an iced coffee. I waited standing at the pick up counter for 10+ minutes and noticed one of the girls just wiping the counter over and over while chatting with her co-workers. Even after making eye contact with me she did not stop wiping the counter and chatting with her co-workers. The THREE employees continued to chat. I’m not really sure what was happening but no one was making my drink. (Or the drink for the guy waiting) Finally I went up to the counter to ask for my drink and they all looked surprised and embarrassed as if they forgot. They ran and pulled the ticket for my order and had the coffee out in a out in less than a minute. After that —they informed the other guy who was waiting longer than I was that they didn’t have the stuff to make a latte. He had been waiting longer than I had — they didn’t even make his drink the whole time and finally informed him thay they were out of what was needed. The boy who checked me out was very pleasant….but no one was working that day. Not a good experience.

Seriously. Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum working in the store at 3pm on July 28, 2023, and Tweedle-Dee appeared to be in some sort of supervisory capacity. Both of them are likely college students, so you can just imagine the work ethic of a couple of ne’er-do-well’s who aren’t intelligent or motivated enough to get a summer job outside of the fast-food industry.

I got a iced chai latte which basically looked and taste like white whole milk with a little bit of chai taste in it. When I asked the employee amd she basically handed me some syrup and asked me pour it in amd that will makes it better somehow. Very bad experience

The manager I’m guessing (Elinos, I believe is how you spell his name) All he do is talk about non work related stuff. Every time I came in he was just running his mouth. Not greeting customers, extra wait time because he’s having conversation. It looks like he’s supposed to be training the young lady but instead he having personal conversations. Then wants to give her tips when she’s trying to help customers. He needs extra training before he can train others. Customers come first. He messed up an order because he was talking.
