The cashier was listening to music so loud she couldn’t hear the order. She didn’t understand half the order and got it wrong. It wasn’t even busy and it took 20 minutes to get my order, the first time.

I picked up my drink @4:55pm today in the Lorton location. While I was waiting for my drink, I saw a tall white guy (he must be new because I never seen him before) drop 3 top lids on the floor and he picked them up and PUT THEM BACK where they fell from. That’s absolutely disgusting to see. I got an iced drink but the next person to order a HOT drink they are going to get the ones that fell on the floor. I am a restaurant manager and know all about food safety. Absolutely disgusting. Will NOT be coming back to this location because of that. Like does he not know that guests are watching?? Very unprofessional. 0/10

My son was leaning on counter when a cockroach ran over his arm under the counter and inter the cracks this is disgusting and wrong . we ordered 30.00 bagles coffees they were all wrong and when my bagel had plain cream cheese she scraped it off and replaced Chinese lady was manager training a guy I assumed he was new but then saod he been there a while 3 workers at 6 am

They make donuts fresh for the morning only. Which means if they sell out of the particular kind by 1 p.m., they will not have that kind for the rest of the day. Today I went in at 6:45 p.m. and ordered six donuts but was only able to get glazed because that is all that was left. But they are open until 9 p.m. They should have a better system. There was one croissant donut available other than the glazed donuts. But only available for an upcharge. Which I thought was ridiculous since they only had regular glazed donuts available for regular price.

Long overdue review- unfortunately I have the same bad experience every time, but this put me over the edge. It seems like the cashier was training and I felt bad for her because she needed help at the register and the manager/supervisor that is always there refused to help her and said “you need to figure it out on your own” and kept ignoring her. There was a long line at this point and it took about 5 minutes for her to figure it out. She couldn’t get it so I told her it’s okay and I walked out.

oh my gosh, the reviews on this place are bad… but oh well, here’s another one! If I could give zero stars, I would. They don’t know what customer service even is. Not one person greets you when you are standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. Even if you are busy, say “I’ll be with you in one moment.” And apologize for the wait. When we finally order, their response to everything was, “we ain’t got that.” aggressively, while still advertising the same products they don’t have. Where is the professionalism in the way they speak? And how are you out of everything? You’re out of every donut listed? It’s in your company name bro. The food was over cooked and put together so sloppy. shut this location down at this point.

They make good coffee & food. But avoid going inside and ordering anything at the counter. The young guy who works at the front counter in the mornings at 8am with the earrings and gold chain is just slow. He doesn’t understand anything you’re trying to order and he’ll repeat your order WRONG and when you correct him he says “that’s not what I meant” like what? -.- anyways, mobile ordering is okay, but they are slow because that guy at the counter slows them all the way down with all the mess up he does.
