I go this place often but today i had the worst experience. The person who gave me my coffee was really rude and disrespectful. I asked him to mix a caramel macchiato but he refused in a very rude manner. I understand that it’s not supposed to be mixed but if a customer is asking to mix it, then u should mix it properly. It takes seconds to do that but instead he decides to disrespect a customer. You guys need to train your staff better than this!!!!!

Ran in to really only grab some plastic cutlery, but I always make sure to make purchases before asking for any. I bought a latte and a donut, and when asked if they have spoons or forks, the manager outright said no. I almost accepted that answer, but they’re clearly also a Baskin Robins and have spoons. So I kindly went back to the front and explained that I know they have spoons as they serve ice cream. I stated that I was a paying customer and just wanted a spoon. The manager looked at me with annoyance and reluctantly gave it to me. I hope the loss of a $0.14 spoon to a paying customer was worth a terrible customer service review. Won’t be coming back again.

The manger was extremely rude. I bought a medium coffee and asked for room for milk and when I told him to add the milk, he said he needed to charge me?? Since when are customers charged for complimentary milk.
