One Star is to High! This place is about as slow as it gets. Don’t order ahead of time on the app because they just ignore it. This is the second time I’ve waited over 25 mins and placed the order 15 min before arrival. English language is a second language for the employees so it was very difficult to communicate. Best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too, they are always super friendly and make my coffee really good and if it isn’t correct, they help fix it. I’ve been to the other Dunkin’ off of telegraph road and that one is horrible compared to this one! This is my new go to for coffee.
