I stopped going here a while ago (6+ months) because I noticed an employee peeling skin off her lips then touching the rim of my cup. But, today I was in a rush and stopped by. Again, I was grossed out by the same employee. She started coughing and then covered with her hand. Then with the same hand (no hand sanitizer or anything), grabbed my cup. When she bent down to put ice in the cup, she coughed into the ice bin without covering her mouth. I literally walked out. Prior to me not going to this location, I had been helped by other employees and didn’t have this issue.

Been coming here every other day for the last few years and the place is deteriorating since then .. recently the girl who’s serving coffee was very sick sneezing and coughing and was making coffee to ppl without mask or any measures !! If i could give this no star i would. ONE, the girl working there not only has her airpods on while working but failed to do my order. And when i said something about it she still did not redo my order so i asked for a refund and another coworker wants to fight me!? I need corporate to look into this because this is not professional the two young girls do not have any customer service.

My significant other and I stopped at Dunkin Donuts an hour before closing. I ordered an iced coffee and he ordered a medium hot coffee. Both coffees tasted very burnt. We went in to inform them about the coffee and to see if they would make us fresh coffee but they refused because it was an hour before closing and they didn’t want to make a new batch. They did refund our money which is why I gave 3 stars.

It’s the flip of a coin. The the blonde ahead of me seemed to get good service, a little slow. Me, I just stood there while one guy stood at the register with a computer pad in his hands, and the lady was out of view busy behind the counter. No howdy do, or just a minute. So when I asked whether someone could help me, I got an unpleasant retort. I think it’s a big city thing. I was just passing through, but I needed a bathroom, and wanted to buy something in return. The police was there for someone in the bathroom! And pure people of color, so I may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Some guy shouldered my driver side mirror as he walked by when I got back in my car. I’ll just be passing through if I ever drive by here again.

Fernando deserves a raise, he does the work of two to three employees and has to deal with rude and impatient customers. He is the glue that holds this location together. I order through the app and my orders are usually on time and accurate

The thing about this chain is they have consistently established stores with decent training for staff and the product is always good – but you have to want a cheat-day to eat the best items on the menu. Their restroom is always available and clean and that gets them a full additional star. Their coffee is distinct and it’s hard to pass up a cup when you pass by.
