this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. if I could give it 0 stars I would. when I came in the woman did not even greet me she just said what do you want. I ordered munchkins and she picked them up out of the display case with her hands. the sandwich I ordered looked sloppy and thrown together. I ordered a coffee and she went into the back on a phone call, laughing and forgot about my drink. I was sitting there waiting for her to come back out and she greeted some new customers that came in and started chatting with them and taking their order. do not come here

Cashier John used the same gloves to grab my donut that he was using to change the trash bags. I asked if they didn’t have the tissue paper and mentioned him using the same hand to grab my donut. Didn’t want to make a scene and it wasn’t busy so I said it directly to him. He got an attitude so I asked if I’m not correct with asking for him to use the tissue and change the glove. He said no that I was wrong and walked away to the back. I was stunned. Threw away my food I was so disgusted. I submitted a complaint to corporate and they sent some generic response that didn’t mention nor address the issue and never received a call regarding the issue. Corporate doesn’t care and neither do their employees. Never going to them again.

Ordered bagel mini and hash browns the cashier use the same gloves on my food as the register. which I refused, so she changed her gloves and redid my order.. however, when I got back to my office to what I thought I was going to enjoy my breakfast only to find one of the bagel minis was burnt in the inside… I do not have time to run back down there… DD is not what it use to be… wish I could add a pic for reference…

The people are nice but the drinks are not good. Everytime I go, I order the hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. But it doesn’t taste like it at all. it just taste like diluted coffee with lots of cream. I keep wanting to give it more tries, even asked for more hazelnut but same taste. I am sad to say, the drink used to be my favorite. just disappointment. Definitely going to go back to Starbucks, even though it is farther and more expensive.

I was there this morning. Worst service ever! I ordered toasted plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese and veggie cream cheese. Guess what Guy did not toast the bagles , he put strawberry jam and other one left plain. I saw what he was doing and kept saying that it’s cream cheese not jam. Usually if somebody makes mistakes in the order they fix your order. But both girl and boy didn’t care at all. I doubt girl understand anything about my order and buy definitely did understand.But he didn’t care. He still gave me plain bagles(not toasted, no cream cheese) with jam and plain. Luckily girl figure that I am not happy and gave plain cream cheese on the side. But It was still not my order.At point I gave up and came sad with this order in my car.

I stopped in to get 2 orders of mini bagle bites and a coffee, and sadly didn’t check the bag before taking them and driving to work. They were all burned and inedible and I was down the road and couldn’t go back to return and get replacements. Sad that they must have seen this when they put them in the bags and thought that was acceptable for a customer.
