First time at a Dunkin Donuts in Virginia. On my walk to work this morning around 8am, I stopped by for a mixed dozen. Just under $12. Co-workers enjoyed them. I had a glazed donut which is my favorite. It was delicious. Friendly staff and the service was fast. In and out in less than 2 minutes or so. The inside was clean and smelled good. Happy day

Just don’t… this place had the most horrible service in the area for awhile now. Lackluster training for trainees, lack of cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of dunked depression here. I tried it twice and twice a few weeks apart my order was messed up and i got attitude. Go a bit further and hit any of the other coffee shops, save yourself a hassle.

Otherwise it looks like you’re being lazy, or that the that there’s sloppy management or just that the owner is bad in business. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve yet to encounter at Dunkin. Worst customer service by Alisha/Monica. I was told Alisha was the one who helped me today, but my receipt has the name Monica on it so I’m not sure which is correct. Nevertheless, I am disgusted with the services and the nerve she had to talk back to me with such attitude. I go here frequently before going into work, but I can honestly say today was my last day buying anything from this Dunkin location. There are too many coffee shops nearby, so I am not missing out on anything. I can only imagine how many customers have encountered this lady’s terrible behavior and have never returned. The owner needs to seriously evaluate who they are leaving their stores to.

I love everything about this location. The people are really nice. They great me every time I go. I had one issue where one item wasn’t available so I said I’d get it 2 days letter. Well, the note was missing with my replacement when I came back. However, my order was given to me with no complaints. I prefer this location over the one near Allentown RD, right off Branch Ave. They are equal distance from me.

I asked for cream cheese jelly bagel. They put fair amount of cream cheese but the jelly, I don’t even know if I was able to taste the jelly cuz there was barely any. All I found is like a tiny drop off jelly. Bagel was so hard. I end throwing it in trash. It was waste of my money n time. I have posted a pic of the bagel open both side.
