Service was pretty good. The employees need some more training. I was given croissant with cold cheese on it. Egg wasn’t too warm either. Coffee was given less than half a cup with coffee other half with foam, you can feel the cup n tell by the weight. I asked the other employee to fill up the cup. Over all the service was good.

I went to this shop with a friend of mine. The line was long, but nonetheless, we waited. Once I ordered my food, my breakfast sandwich came up right away. However, my latte with almond milk and no ice took a few minutes. I waited, only to receive my order with ice. I asked the young lady who was working the sandwich side that my order was wrong. She snatched my cup and gave it to another employee. The nice young man came to say he was sorry for the inconvenience . As I was waiting on my corrected cup of coffee, I noted that they were out of napkins, so I asked the same lady, “Excuse me, but you’re out of napkins.” She threw a half open bag at me , which I politely put back the counter. As I was about to leave, a Very rude customer made a comment. ” This isn’t a five-star star restaurant. It’s Dunkin Donuts, so stop being lazy and get over it.” This guy had his son with him. So sad, he was very rude and ignorant.

I’ve been in here several times. Every time I order 15 minutes ahead, I have to wait on a lost order, or it’s incorrect. I’m still polite and try to be understanding. The manager lady looks at me like I e interrupted her while she is talking in the back and the most of the other employees on the floor are super high. I feel very uncomfortable every time I go in this Dunkin donuts, so I’ve just stopped going even though it is convenient. I’m not one to complain, but this place is garbage. Avoid it if you can. Most of the other reviews on here are pretty much the experience I’ve had every time.

You can’t sit inside as it’s all roped off. Everyone was working in the back around midday, and it took a good few minutes for someone to come out, but she walked right by us not saying a word despite looking me dead in my eyes. Then, another person came out to ring us up. He put all of our donuts loose into a bag where the icing transfered to each other donut. Where was the separation? Why not a box or separate bags? Color me not impressed.

Whenever I place an order for specific donuts, the order isn’t ready when I arrive. When I pull up to the drive thru, they’ll ask me what I ordered. Then they finally fill the order. This has happened repeatedly. Didn’t they get the details of the mobile order I placed?

I’ve been to this location 3 times since it opened. It’s so close to my house and convenient. The first time I went there I was happy. I ordered a large iced hazelnut coffee with no sugar and extra cream. And they made it perfectly. So I was very happy. The second time I went there I ordered the same coffee as before oh, and I ordered my daughter a medium iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar. And a bagel toasted with light cream cheese. well they screwed up the coffee because they made the large the caramel one with extra sugar and they made the medium one that hazelnut one with sugar as well oh, and they also put way too much cream cheese on the bagel considering I asked for light cream cheese.

I ordered and paid online and when I arrived, I didn’t see my order up, because half of it was missing. The drink was there, but not the food, so I didn’t think the drink was mine. After waiting a while, I checked the name on the drink and saw it was mine. That’s when they told me they didn’t have the food item. They said I could substitute, but they didn’t have my second choice either.
