This Dunkin’ location was terrific in the old place and is even better in the new, much more prominent location. I especially like the drive-through. However, I am writing this 5-star review because the employees at this location have always been spectacular. They are extremely friendly and regularly go above and beyond to make me happy. I typically go in the evening, and my wife often visits early morning. She says the staff is just as friendly and attentive at the crack of dawn. I want to make one request; please make more jelly and lemon donuts, so they are available for us night owls.

You walk in and are greeted by a kiosk. You place your order and look to your right where you would pick up your order but there’s a line of others waiting. You turn around and there’s a line of people waiting for the kiosk so they can order. In the middle there’s a big table right in the way. No flow to the ordering and picking up process. No one behind the counter knows who ordered anything because they didn’t take your order so they just scream out numbers. I’ve had more interaction with other customers who can’t figure out the kiosk or even where/how to place an order than any staff.

Stopped in this Dunkin after a bad experience at another on our way back to New York. Walked in and it was a pleasure. The employees, Lexi and Summer are outstanding! Very welcoming and a breath of fresh air after the other dunkin. These two should get a raise! Makes me almost want to drive back from NY just to visit this dunkin!! Thank you Lexi and Summer!
