My husband was really not happy with his breakfast sandwich and couldn’t believe he only got five or six tiny taters for $2.50. He complained to staff that they advertise a $1 donut when it actually cost $ $1.74.Staff explained that it was taxes!!

I stop here at least once or twice a month. I pulled up and placed my order this past Sunday 2/26/2023 around 7:30 am. I pulled down to the window. This young lady sitting down had her back turned to me. She looks over her right shoulder and told me my total. I pulled my phone out to get her to scan my app and she grabbed the scan gun, I had to damn near reach in the window to do this. Next came my food same scenario. Now it’s time for me to pay with my card again in the same scenario. I am struggling to try and give her my card. I then say, this is very poor customer service. Why am I reaching into the window like this? This is ridiculous. She says back to me I can’t walk. I said is that the best you can come up with. I drove off very disappointed. If she couldn’t walk why wasn’t her chair placed in a position for her to be at the window and not inconvenience the customer? Again when I pulled up all I saw was the back of her. Not welcoming at all and from there everything was done from the side. If it was true why would a manager place her at the window like that? I need clarification because I love stopping here.

My wife and I stopped by to try the new breakfast items on the menu but we were told that both ovens were broken even though we could see that one was working!!!! In addition, we had to ask if our coffee could be reheated in the microwave as it was lukewarm when given to us. Very disappointing

Just stopped in with mu son… been talking about treating ourselves to a donut all day.. only to be disappointed along with the lady in front of us. They finally acknowledged her, already waiting when we walked in, to tell her they were closing. Over 2 hrs early with no notice, 4:40pm on a Saturday no less. No apology or explanation.

Not exaggerating when I say this. I sat in the driver through with 1 person a head of me for 33 minutes before being told it will be a few minutes. At the 40 minute mark I left before even ordering. Absolutely disgusting service

In my experience, the coffee and the donuts are consistently good, reasonably priced, and quickly served. The staff is pleasant, patient, helpful, and friendly. The store is clean, well-lit, easily accessible, and well-designed to afford fast and accurate service. Altogether, going to Dunkin’ Donuts is an enjoyable experience.

If you are looking for a way to spend your entire morning and a drive-thru look now further. If I could give less than one star, I would. My family loves Dunkin, but every time we go here it is a 30 minute trip through the drive-thru, even if we are the only car.
