Dunkin’ Donuts standards have really gone down. I’m so disappointed. The last few times we have stopped at a dunkin both in VA & FL, I ordered a vanilla crème donut … what happened to the cream? Each time I receive a donut with barely any cream. Service was good but the donuts need to be filled with cream. Seems like you are skimming??

Even with a new “Dunkin To Go” up the road, I will choose this location first. They care about their customers. I have lived in this area for nearly 5 years, and I have yet to find a reason to go elsewhere. Not that I haven’t tried other places, of course… but this particular Dunkin location gets it right. Haven’t had a single complaint about anything they have to offer or the excellent way in which they get the coffee order correct each time. Our family LOVES our Garrisonville walk-in location!

We go here every Sunday and it’s usually pretty decent service. Today, the older Indian gentleman yelled at my son twice very loudly to shut the door. Two times. It was enough to keep me from wanting to ever come back here. My son is 6 tor reference, and it was uncalled for.

My experience here with a rude disgruntled employee was horrible. For starters my main order was wrong. I had to have them fix it. Then they forgot to put part of my order in the bag. So I had come back for that, when I complained to the young girl behind the counter she responded to me and said I can leave and not come back. And meanwhile her boss is just standing there doing nothing like a deer caught in headlights. So I will never do any type of business with dunking donuts ever again. Weather it’s in there stores or buying something by them off the shelf at the grocery store.

I hope they give this place a good fumigation or remodel. Kid you not I have gone to this place more than once and on two of those occasions I see roaches leisurely enjoying the lobby like they own the place. Not even scared of humans.
