This is the 3rd time we have tried to visit this DD and it has been closed or unable to serve us normally because of a lack of staff. Today we could only order if we used the mobile app – even though I was standing there talking to the lady behind the counter. I understand that everyone is working with a skeleton crew, but to be “open” and unable to serve people is a waste of time and money – both mine AND yours. Just close the store instead of letting people believe they can get served when they cannot.

This place is usually ok. But today was just offal! First off the lady behind the counter (didn’t get her name) had such a distasteful look on her face the whole time. As each customer said ty, she literally ignored them. When she FINALLY gave me my order, she couldn’t even tell me what it was n just said here. Of course my drink was wrong, my order was wrong, n she could care less. I gotta say Martinsburg is so much better! They are busier, but they rock things out fast, fresh, n have great attitudes. If u can hold out n make the trip there, I’d say do it. If u cant, then expect ignorant staff, not get what u ordered, n sub par food quality!

Says open 24 hours on the sign but they were closed when I walked in at around 10 pm, false advertisement… update I walked in at 4 in the afternoon and the place is open on the inside but they couldn’t make me a coffee on the inside drive through only, gotta be the worst Dunkin location their is avoid this place.
